Sgrano, Florence, Italy
Caffe
Taste: 7.5/10
Smoothness: 8.5/10
Overall impression: I ordered caffe thinking I was getting a cup of coffee and ended up getting a shot of espresso. Overall, I was pleasantly surprised by how good it was, but mostly I just wanted a full cup of coffee.

Rivoire Florence, Italy
Cafe latte freddo
Taste: 8/10
Smoothness: 8.5/10
Overall impression: 8.25/10. Great spot where Michelangelo’s David originally stood. Scenery 9/10

So we got a little lax with our photo taking and ranking throughout the world, but honestly, I didn’t enjoy the coffees in Africa or Asia. I actually most looked forward to the cappuccino on the plane when we were visiting those continents.

Switzerland did have some good cafe though. I was also glad to have some coffee from a Jura (the Swiss brand of coffee machine we have back home) in Romania.
Lucerne, Switzerland
Cappuccino
Taste: 8/10
Smoothness: 9/10
Overall impression: 8/10. It was a little on the milky side, but I drank it in a Tapas bar, so it wasn’t the best Swiss ambience.

And the winner is…
Cappuccino with sugar at Santovino in Rome, Italy!
